About Us

CCHAP stands for Crisis Chronic Health and Acute Prevention. We focus on providing meals and food boxes to those in crisis and to those with chronic or acute health conditions. CCHAP is a registered member of the national Meals On Wheels Association.

CCHAP Meals is a community service program of Collaboration Station a 14year old 501c3 grassroots nonprofit organization based in Cleveland Ohio.

CCHAP Meals serves a dual community service role. Each meal is prepared by chefs in our work experience program. These chefs are low income individuals on public benefits trying to make the transition into permanent jobs. They have received culinary training thru several different venues to include community colleges, technical schools and the military.

To best accommodate the health needs of those who need home delivered meals, we have 5 different meal Types: Kosher, diabetic, vegetarian pure and Low sodium. Most meals are prepared only using safflower oil or olive oil. Participants can get breakfast, lunch or dinner delivered to their homes for every day of the week. Meals are prepared fresh on delivery days--not frozen. We deliver 2 to 3 days per week based on delivery location.

CCHAP Meals is a program of Collaboration Station

The mission of Collaboration Station is to help low-income people become less dependent on public benefits; making the transition into permanent jobs and a better financial future for themselves and their families.  We accomplish this through entrepreneurship and work experience programs that give them the skills and a work ethic that will help them start and stay in business OR retain gainful employment.
